Introduction

It’s worth noting that the teams shown may not necessarily end up being the final teams or the transfers may have been made in the days prior to the posting . It’s an informal situation to give you an idea of trends.

However the FFGeek team, the Transfer Planner Team and the Contributor Tracker team Plus the Contributor teams of Rob, Rick, Andrew, Kris, Kev and Joe mentioned above on the FFGeek Patreon site all make notified transfers live as they are completed. So you’re always up to date and live for a maximum £3 PCM.

The reference to 19 top managers is from the article where I follow 19 top FPL managers who have finished in the top 10k overall rank the last 3 seasons.

Ori Gal

Ori’s last 4 seasons overall ranks are 82k, An incredible 243rd, 6k and 4k

GW10 points: 76 (19 Top managers average 72) Total points: 650 Overall Rank: 225k, Green arrow: 119k   Team Value: £102.8m

Ori used his Wildcard in GW8

Overall, I am happy with my 76 points and another green arrow.

It felt very different on Saturday afternoon. My differentials, Solanke and Martinelli both blanked and it looked like a miserable weekend for me.

Thankfully, on Sunday, Diaby, Salah, Allison and Haaland all delivered.

Moving forward, I am quite happy with my team and happy to keep the core of it.

I have 2 free transfers and 0.4m in the bank.

Before discussing potential transfers, there is an important principle for me which is to go into the international break, in two GW, with 2 free transfers. It  means is that UP to the break, I can afford to do 2 transfers.

The 2 options I am considering are:

– make 2 transfers now and NO transfers next week. If I choose this option, I will bring in Darwin and Taylor for Solanke and Burn/Udogie. The positive is getting Darwin for the Luton game. The negative is no transfer next week AND no additional money in the bank so less flexibility.

– Make one transfer now and one transfer next week. If I choose this option, I will take Solanke out and punt on a low cost striker such as Cunha, Eduards, Foster (if fit). The positive is to have a transfer next week and enough money in the bank to upgrade a player (for example if I want Saka instead of Martinelli).

Captain will be Haaland, VC Salah

Transfer summary:  to be determined

Here is the team prior to any transfers (Solanke will become Darwin or a cheap striker, depends on the option I choose from above)
