Here’s my fantasy premier league wildcard first attempt for double gameweek 33
Hallelujah – How good was it to get rid of people like Pearce, Harte, Puncheon and NZogbia? The answer was very good.
With my current position of 32k its all or bust so I’ve got 9 players with a double gameweek with my fantasy premier league wildcard.
Here’s my first go. I’m reliably informed by the excellent twitter site FPL price changes (you should all follow, essential site for fantasy premier league managers) that Fellaini for some ridiculous reason is going down in price tonight so I’ve put in Pienaar as cover with the reserve money in the bank. Michu Maloney and Robles are in for the double gameweek 36 to give me a bit of a start for it.
As for non double gameweekers in the team, Suarez is away to Reading so there’s no way he’s going anywhere and City have some excellent fixtures starting with Wigan at home with a Kompany enthused defence. So I’ve gone for Clichy although anyone apart from Kompany himself has gametime risk. Nastasic is cheaper but with K Toure and even Lescott playing I’m a little nervous about him. Bertrand is just a value play if Coles injury takes longer to heal or if Rafa starts focusing more on his CV (sorry I mean the Cups) and rotates Bertrand in to the premier league rather than the Cups.
I’m also not proposing to, hopefully, keep Ramsey in, it was a filler with the last of my money so there will be some changes. Cazorla is not my definite captain choice just a starter. I’ll keep you posted as its going to be a long and winding road, i can feel it. Here’s the first draft:
