Chip played: Qualification booster
Pretty satisfied with the outcome except that Balogun red card, with all 11 players returning, including qualification bonus of 2 pts. One of those near perfect match days. I’m also lucky to have experienced a 2 digit overall rank for the first time in any fantasy format, and fully aware it may not last long, now that we proceed to the business end of the tournament with not too many easy games left on paper and also just 2 chips left to deploy (Clean sheet shield & Max captain).
RD 16 team
Moving on to my Ro16 team – first up, I’m still not sure if I want to play the clean sheet shield this round or keep it for the next ones. The chip feels weird given it is “converted” only when the defence concedes exactly 1 goal, so we will see what to make of it, but here are the 4 free transfers I’m tentatively targeting.
