FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE DGW27 – 4 TRANSFERS TO CONSIDER

Firstly I’d like to say that these transfer suggestions are meant to give you a change that will increase your probability of better points. However there can never be a guarantee of points improvement. So please consider the options and the rationale but ultimately make up your own mind and accept responsibility for your decision.

Remember detailed stats on all players are in the player rankings articles:

Defence

Midfield

Forward

COSTA OUT AGUERO IN

Costa has a blank GW28.  Aguero has a double gameweek 27

The anytime goal scorer odds are just for the first game of the DGW.  Others aren’t available.

You can also see my premium strikers article which may help you on a transfer decision to get Aguero in.

This is a transfer purely for the damage that Aguero could do in a DGW.  Aguero may not have had the best of returns this season but his underlying stats could suggest that he’s been unlucky.  The Monaco UCL game with a goal and assist and the FA Cup game against an albeit reserve Huddersfield side  with 2 goals could suggest that his fortunes are turning around.

Costa has been the less explosive of the premium strikers and could be the least dangerous person to sell for that reason

Man City next 6 fixtures:

HAZARD OUT STERLING IN

Hazard has a blank GW28.  Sterling has a double gameweek 27

Like Aguero the anytime goal scorer odds are just for the first game of the DGW.  Others aren’t available.

Again this is a transfer for the DGW.  Sterling has been a largely assist based but a very consistent returner if not particularly explosive.  He also seems to be one of Peps most predictable starters if that description could even be remotely appropriate.

Hazard is definitely one of the top midfielders but with a blank in GW28 and a tricky away fixture at West Ham before that could be a possible sacrifice to get him in.

KOSCIELNY OUT STONES IN

Arsenal have a blank GW28 and Man City have a double gameweek 28

Man City haven’t had the greatest defensive record but they do have some good underlying stats.  In Stones favour  he’s also excellent value and has a double gameweek.  Arsenal are expensive and also failing plus they have a blank gameweek 28.

Man City next 6 fixtures:

Sunderland (A) Stoke (H) – DGW27
Potential Blank GW28

GK MANNONE OUT GK GRANT IN

Stoke have a double gameweek 28 and Sunderland have a blank gameweek 28

The Stoke attraction is his price and the double gameweek 28.  The home game against Middlesborough is a good clean sheet propspect and then save points against Man City.

Stoke next 6 fixtures:

Man City (A) – DGW27
