I have to apologise for my tardiness in the Sky Sports fantasy football format. I struggled before the season to give it the attention it needed. I made some changes this morning and it’s now in some sort of shape so here it is below
Sky Sports Fantasy Football – the FFGeek team
So firstly here’s the team:
Firstly if you’re a bit new to the format then you may want to review my article around the rules
Currently 13k overall despite making a complete mess of the first gameweek so no major damage done
The captain rotation
So I’ve built my team around the need for daily changes of the Captain.
So here’s how it will look going through the gameweeks:
GW2
Saturday – Aguero
Sunday – Arter not great I know! (I have enough funds to transfer Eriksen to Payet if I want)
GW3
Saturday – Hazard
Sunday – Aguero
GW4
Saturday – Aguero
Sunday – Hazard
Monday – Gueye
GW5
Friday – Hazard
Saturday – Aguero
Sunday – Ibrahimovic
The Team
So I’ve followed a particular structure.
Cheap GK for save points with clean sheet potential
Hazard, Aguero and Ibrahimovic for captain requirements
A good defence based on the cheapest player available for Man City and Man Utd. I’ve also been attracted to Baines as he’s excellent value with good fixtures and attacking potential.
In midfield I’ve gone for a mixture of players for goals and assists in Hazard and Eriksen and then 3 players for pass and tackle bonus. I’ve gone for players new to the premier league in the hope that their bonus potential hasn’t been properly valued by the Sky Sports fantasy football operators. Arter was the plug with the money available and again is for the pass bonus. I also have enough money to switch Eriksen to Payet if he starts against West Ham
Unfortunately I’m out today so I’ve had to have faith that Aguero will start.
From now on I will be at least tweeting all my changes
