Team 1
Points: 131 Overall Rank: 469k team value: £49.9m + 0.5 ITB
A disappointing start. Only really Salah, Lukaku Pickford and Valencia have performed. Most other players have been disappointing with the Sandro injury for the extra games particularly frustrating. Walker getting sent off and suspended as well as TAA and Kolasinac missing in GW3 was also unhelpful.
However GW4 is where we now see the European competitions coming and with a team totally of players in those competitions I’m hoping for a bit of a bounce.
Team 2 the value team
Points: 180 Overall Rank: 63k team value: £48.5m + 3.0 ITB
The double Liverpool midfield has been pretty handy here with the only failure being Hernandez.
Team 3 the Man Utd team just for fun
Points: 221 Overall Rank: 3k team value: £44.6m + 3.5 ITB
I did this team just for amusement so it’s a bit frustrating when you see it’s ranked 3k overall. However inevitable after it’s start
Team 4 the Man City team just for fun
Points: 87 Overall Rank: 924k team value: £49.5m + 0 ITB
Man City’s start to the season probably hasn’t been what they were looking for and thats reflected in this team. Only 2 players in double figures and Sterling in and out of the Sun Dream Team team when he shouldn’t have been.

Hard to recommend anyone at the moment with no one in double figures after 3 rounds. What’s more the Europa League may get a 2nd string team put out. However Sanchez (Str £7.2m 0 PPG) , Lacazette (Str £4.8m 2.7 PPG) and Kolasinac (Def £3.5m 1.5 PPG) would be my choices if I had to nominate. The one thing they have is good fixtures and now is the time to throw the dice if you’re going to. You won’t get a chance to see the GW4 Europa League team it will be locked

Matip (Def £3.8m 3.8PPG) , Salah (Mid £4.3m 6.6PPG) , Mane (Mid £6.2m 6.2 PPG) are my choices here. I haven’t included Firmino as I think he would unnecessarily take a striker slot when the midfielders could do the job as far as a Liverpool representative in your team is concerned. There are 4 cheap full backs in Robertson and Moreno on the left and Alexander-Arnold and Gomez on the right. If any patterns can be established before their prices rise too much they would be worth investment

I think with Man City you’ve just got to take rotation on the chin ad hope for the best. Otamendi (Def £4.8m 7.7 PPG), Silva (Mid £5.1m 5.7PPG) and Jesus ( Str£4.9m 2.3 PPG) would be my choice here
