Kris has activated his wildcard
So an ok gameweek with my limitless chip, in hindsight I should have been more attacking with my England defenders. I have activated my wc and plan to go for six England and Italy players, with 3 Spanish players completing the set. This means I get nine players in the first match with the known starting line up and then I can bring in up to six England players for the second match.
It’s a risk that a Spain vs Denmark final leaves me with at most eight players without hits, but it’s worth a gamble. Currently I’m on the team below which is 0.1m short of Donarrumma for Simon. I’ll make the tweaks to get six Italy players based on the line up on Tuesday.

An ok round but the big England win was a real problem for me as I was underweighted compared to most people. I gambled that Kane wouldn’t get 2 returns and therefore didn’t change captain from Lukaku but in the end it was only a wonder save that prevented him from get a hat trick from a quite stunning volley.
Apart from that Insigne was the only real bright spot with his 8 points
Semi Final team
I’ve decided not to go all in on England and spread the risk somewhat although I could make 4 of my 5 transfers England if I want to go for a triple England defence and have no one from the Italy defence.
Injuries to Spinazzola and Sarabia are annoying meaning I have 2 transfers to replacethem rather than concentrating on players knocked out. There’s also the prospect that Moreno could very well not start either.
That might be a last minute decision when the team sheets come out but for the moment these are the transfers I’m planning
Lukaku out and Immobile in
Sarabia out and Sterling in
Spinazzola out and Bonucci in
Yarmolenko out and Mount in
Kimpembe out and Shaw in
If I go triple England defence it will be Maguire instead of Bonucci.
Captains will be Immobile probably and then Kane
I will try and put the team in after I’ve confirmed the transfers but in the mean time
