Here’s the detail on my early transfers just completed in Barclays fantasy premier league GW20.

I’m still recovering from the shock of doing an imaginary wildcard article referring to Bale as my favourite midfielder but leaving the transfer 1 more week and then watch him get a hat trick against a team that while they had their defensive problems away had a good home record with 3 consecutive clean sheets prior to the Bale mauling.

I’ve got 2 transfers without penalty this week so my transfers are

Taarabt out – Bale in

I don’t think Bale in needs any justification but just in case he has been a virtual ever present in the shooting and chances created stats whether they be a season long or last 6 weeks or the current week.

Taraabt apart from his 2 goal haul against Fulham hasn’t turned his underlying stats in to points and now even the underlying stats are disappearing along with the fixtures starting with a home game against Liverpool.

Tevez out – Benteke in

I need some thing to fund the fantasy premier league transfer.  I could have just got rid of Cazorla but the GW23 2 games and the home game to the defensive sieve that is Newcastle made me hold on for one transfer more.  So I went for Tevez as once I left Cazorla in my only other option was Suarez who I still have faith in and who still has a couple of fixtures left.

I then had a choice between Benteke and Kone and although Kone has the better stats currently Benteke has the better fixtures so I’ve plumped for Benteke.  Up until the last couple of game weeks he has been in the stats from a shooting and chances created perspective.

I had to go early with only £0.1m now in the fantasy premier league bank
