FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE GW31 TEAM SELECTION – THE FFGEEK TEAM
Just to repeat that I’m continuing with my 2 team theme as a result of my accidental free hit chip being used in GW23.
Team 1 is the team with the free hit chip lost.
Team 2 has the free hit team intact and was cloned from one of my alternate FFGeek teams to be my original team through a -28 point hit.
Team 2 is to help people who were following my original team as a reference point so they can continue doing so.
Team 1 will help those people who used their free hit chip earlier in the season.
Both teams require totally different strategies to navigate through the potential blank and double gameweeks up coming

TRANSFER OPTIONS
So a strange week for me this week when I’ve been pretty certain that my transfers in would be Stanislas and Mounie and I haven’t really had any debate about it. In fact the only debate has been whether Son or Sterling goes out but I decided on Son as I would like Sterling for GW32. My buy back price on Son is pretty much the same and he’s away to Chelsea in GW32.
I did think about a -4 for Butland but that effectively means I was taking a -4 for Stanislas as I could just not do the Stanislas transfer and just do the Butland transfer.
I’m disappointed to only have 5 starters with maybe a 1 pointer from Niasse but I don’t really see the point of a hit. Most of the players in these teams barely return in 1 of 3 games so spending 4 points just doesn’t seem worth it.
Unfortunately both Mounie and Stanislas went up in price last night but that does mean that I will wait until tomorrow to confirm the transfers as it doesn’t seem that there is any price drop risk with Kane and Son. I’ll confirm on twitter around mid day as it’s a 2pm deadline tomorrow.
My plan is still to WC GW33 as my team will be on ok shape for GW32, bench boost in GW34 and triple captain in GW37
So the transfer will be Son out Stanislas in and Kane out Mounie in (now done as per update)

This team is as if I didn’t make an accidental free hit ie the same as my original team and was cloned from one of my alternate FFGeek teams to be my original team through a -28 point hit. I will keep it to show how I would have navigated through the blanks with all the chips intact. I think that will be helpful for those who were using my original team as a reference point

So with Wilson and Cook in the team I decided that a triple up on Bournemouth through Stanislas is a bit much so I’ve gone Adrian out and Butland in and Mounie in for Kane
