Introduction

It’s worth noting that the teams shown may not necessarily end up being the final teams or the transfers may have been made in the days prior to the posting . It’s an informal situation to give you an idea of trends. However the FFGeek team, the Transfer Planner Team and the Contributor tracker team Plus the Contributor teams of Rob, Rick, Andrew, Kris, Kev and Joe mentioned above on the FFGeek Patreon site all make notified transfers live as they are completed. So you’re always up to date and live for a maximum £3 PCM.

GW9 Review

101 points taking me from 588k to 188k. A solid week with Bowen and Maddison the main contributors alongside Haaland captain. Martinelli, Tripper and Kane also chipped in with some points.

GW10 Team

I have 2 FT, 2.2m ITB but no real clue of transfers to make. I’ll be waiting for further news on the Mitrovic injury and midweek games to finish to decide but if Mitrovic is injured then it’s the most obvious transfer to make. None of the options particularly appeal to me though around the price range though.

I could be tempted by Aubameyang who I can afford but it seems punty and gives me less flexibility around the GW12 blank. Martinelli to Zaha is also an option given the fixtures/blank for Martinelli although Liverpool is hardly a bad fixture for attackers now and Zaha has been a troll so often in ‘easy’ fixtures. Finally a Perisic transfer out is another tempter given form but no defence is massively appealing at the moment that makes it a must sell.

Only thing certain is that Haaland continues to be captain

Transfer summary: To be confirmed

Here’s the team prior to any transfers being made

David N

David has 3 top 1k overall ranks in the last 6 seasons and 17k and 10k last 2 seasons

GW9 points: 106 (15 Top managers average 92) Total points: 551, Overall Rank: 102k, green arrow: 380k  Team Value: £101.9m

David has yet to use any of his Chips

1 FT, 0.9 ITB.

I have 5 players from Man City and Arsenal and Lavia injured, with three free transfers.

I would like to get James and Zaha this week but currently not inclined to get a hit, and I would prefer to downgrade Trent and not Cancelo this week, but it would mean I need another transfer to play 11 on GW 12.

So will probably roll, have two FTs next week when it becomes an easier decision to downgrade Cancelo and/or KDB and hope for thé best again this week after being somewhat lucky in GW 10.

I somehow like Jesus at home to Liverpool and Leeds next week, as Arsenal has been the stand out team with ManC and Liverpool’s defence remains leaky, even with Thiago back.

If Mitrovic is out for more than 1 GW, it may force my hand on using my FT this week.

Gook luck all!

Transfer summary: Possibly carrying over the free transfer

Joseph Crilley

Joe’s last 6 seasons overall ranks were 5k, 93k, 68k, 28k, 7k and 13k

A good gameweek

2 FTs for GW10, but would it better to only have one?

In the sense that it would make my transfer decision easier, maybe so. Even if Mitrovic was ruled out for the weekend, I would be comfortable with saving the transfer this gameweek as there is generally decent fixtures across my team including for bench picks of Botman and Bailey. I would happily let one of those autosub in for an injured Mitrovic (something to keep in mind) and keep my options open with two transfer for the following weekend.

However, that is not the case and, as I have no inclination to ‘burn’ a transfer, I will need to come up with a transfer plan which I feel improves my team. I therefore turned to my Transfer Planner at looked at the total projected points up to and including GW16 (i.e. the World Cup break) to see what players I should be prioritising. Salah sits top of the list, but with Arsenal and City as his next two fixtures, I am happy to hold off the Egyptian until GW12 and make a decision about him then. The next highest players who I don’t own are Son and Sterling who are simply not obtainable from a price structure perspective (without favouring them over Haaland/Kane/Salah). Then we come to the 6th player on the list

You can see the full article, including transfers, lineup and captains on the FFGeek Patreon site wide forward tier for only £3 pcm with loads of other content mentioned above. That includes following Joe’s Team and 5 others with live notified transfers as they happen and the teams final lineup each gameweek.

Harry Vernon

Harry Vernon’s last 6 seasons are 35k, 86k, 22k, 6k, an incredible 224th and 6k

GW9 points: 99 (15 Top managers average 92) Total points: 554, Overall Rank: 80k, green arrow: 165k   Team Value: £101.9

Didn’t sell Jesus for Toney for a hit thankfully.

Looking at rolling a transfer in GW10.

Then provisionally

GW11 sell Cancelo and Dias for James and another defender.

GW12 Sell Pereira for Troussard for Forest at home.

GW13 Play WC.

Transfer summary: Likely carrying over the free transfer
