Telegraph World Cup Fantasy – the Telegraph offer £100 in prize money for the FFGeek League

The Telegraph World Cup fantasy format is now open and there’s also an FFGeek league to enter.  The Telegraph have offered a prize Pool of £100.

The winner gets £75 and the runner up £25.  It’s free to enter as well.

I haven’t limited how many teams you can enter but remember you can only enter into 3 private leagues.  My intention is not to remove anyone from the league once entered.  So make sure this is one of the 3 leagues you want to enter into.

You have to be 18 or over and a resident of the UK, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man to enter into the Telegraph World Cup Fantasy Format as a general rule.

Here’s my post on some TFF WC general rule information and our TFF pundit Stephen Troop on strategy

Here’s the details:

League Name:  FantasyFootballGeek

League PIN 8000919

Passcode 4453

Just a note that I have restarted the last Telegraph World Cup fantasy and not the TFF premier league one.

Good luck everyone!

  1. Hi, I’m new to TFF, and for the world cup we want to create a mini league of friends down here in Colombia. Two questions.
How can I use the 26 transfers for the group stage? After every day of matches? After every match?
If we’re not in the UK we can’t participate for the money I suppose?

    Thanks.

  2. You can use transfers between games on the same day too as long as you do it in between kick offs.

I believe because there are cash prizes only uk players can play. Least that used to be the case.

  3. Hello M. Geek, this is an amazing site i have been following you for several years now. Are you going to do the Mcdonalds official world cup fantasy? Last world cup your advice were so fruitful as usual :)

    • The official FIFA McDonalds version will be ok for you. I will be covering it assuming the rules don’t involve alot of additional scoring stats cheers
