Here’s an update on the FFGeek fantasy premier league gameweek 36 wildcard plans. This is the latest thinking. Unfortunately, today maybe the day I’m forced into some decisions. There’s a bit of narrtive on reasoning for the changes and dilemma’s still dealing with

Here’s the team followed by a bit of chat about where the thinking is at the moment. You’ll notice some transfers are still just placeholders. I’ll explain that below. £0.3m in the bank btw
Start with the problem
So the main issue I have at the moment is Sane. If Aguero is out he looks a good bet to play 2 games in DGW37. However if Aguero is fit that’s not as secure so I wouldn’t want him. To be honest I don’t know how I would fit him in anyway. Unfortunately Man City haven’t been forthcoming on the injury. Even downgrading Gabbiadini to Anichebe still leaves me £0.6m short which would be difficult to find. I’d have to downgrade Alonso and Gabriel probably.
Tonight there will be risk that Hazard and Sanchez go up in price although it’s difficult to predict this at the moment. I’m probably going to book this team tonight and if I need Sane back I’ll just have to accept I’m going to pay £0.1m more than I sold him for.

So Cech got the chop. I really want a GK in both DGWs but he just sucked up too much cash. The ability to release £1.2m by downgrading to Pickford just kept tapping me on the shoulder saying “£1.2m £1.2m”. I’m sure you know the feeling.
No Vertonghen. Difficult to get him in unfortunately. I could downgrade Gabbiadini to Anichebe to do so but that seemed a bit drastic especially as I also have Capoue as a pretty useless returner. I am toying with the idea of Trippier as a punt. There are stories about Walker being unhappy and Poch have some issues with his training but it seems a bit of a punt that’s for sure.
No Blind. The news of Smalling, Bailly and Jones back in training just killed this for DGW37 for me
No Albrighton. Just £0.1m short with Capoue +£0.3m. I could downgrade Alonso to his team mates Cahill or Azpilicueta but I just have too much faith in Alonso.
Alli stays
Drafts with and without Alli were on my mind. He’s now firmly in. Fixtures and form are just too good to leave out.
That’s short and sweet. I’ll at least tweet the team tonight if I fix it.
