The Fantasy Football Cheap Buys Worth Taking a Chance on in November

It’s getting to that time of year when the remaining wildcards are starting to be played and the tinkerman starts to play they look to bring in some big point scorers in ahead of the hectic Christmas period.

For every Mo Salah you need a cheap star, picking up regular points and giving you the budget to blow on the big guns.

We’re at the point of the season where teams and players are starting to level out, and it affects all aspects of the football industry.

A good move is to look at the odds of teams for promotion, relegation and of course individual matches to see how the experts are seeing the season going.

Look through a list of all sports betting sites and see whether the odds are suggesting, say,  Sheffield United or Brighton will hold their position after a good start, or whether the likes of Everton might begin a good run and move up the table.

By doing this it can help you gauge who are the £4.4million buys who are going to stay consistent and are worth investing in.

So, who are the cheap players you should be investing in over the next month?

John Lundstram

He’s been a revelation in the Premier League and a real Fantasy player’s dream so far this season. John Lundstram encapsulates what Sheffield United have been about this season. Hard working, full of desire and an ability to pop up and do something unexpected.

He’s got goals and clean sheets this season, currently sitting at the top of the defensive fantasy charts at just £4.9million. That price will continue to rise if he continues to perform, so get in while you can.

John McGinn

John McGinn has settled into Premier League life well and has been a decent investment for those who have picked him so far. At £5.8million he’s picking up points regularly and Aston Villa have a good fixture next against Newcastle.

He’s a starter and is budget friendly. The perfect rotatable starter we’d say.

Daryl Janmaat

It’s been a poor season so far for Watford but the last few weeks has seen them pick up some good results and they look to be moving forward.

Daryl Janmaat has had a good few weeks and face Burnley and Southampton in the coming weeks, which could make for some further points scoring across November.

He’s just £4.4million so an absolute steal.

Jetro Willems

Newcastle are also enjoying a good run of form as Steve Bruce gets used to life at his boyhood club.

Jetro Willems has been a key player in recent weeks and made all the difference to results. Over the past five games he’s picked up 26 points, with two of those games being Manchester United and Chelsea.

He’s £4.6million and November offers up Villa next before Manchester City on the final day of the month.  After that there are 4 good fixtures.

Harvey Barnes

Young Harvey Barnes is rapidly developing under Brendan Rodgers and is getting some game time and a number of assists laying on for the likes of Jamie Vardy.

He’s £5.9million and is getting more and more minutes as the season progresses, enjoying four assists in his last four games. One to watch for certain.

It’ll be interesting to see how much he contributes to the rest of the season. Leicester are now odds-on (4/7) with the bookmakers to finish in the top four, ahead of Arsenal,

Manchester United and Tottenham and Barnes, as well as the likes of Jamie Vardy, Youri Tielemans and Ayoze Perez are proving instrumental in that.
