The Schedule
The value risk players explained
Spurs – Davies and Trippier. Davies in theory is under the shadow of Rose who’s supposed to be back for GW4 although we’ve heard it all before. Trippier is a slight injury doubt
Man City – Otamendi should be safe assuming Man City continue with a back 3. Who is the safer out of him and Stones if they go to a back 4 remains to be seen
Everton – Holgate and Jagielka – Holgate returned to the team for the City game although was at fault for the 2nd goal. He needs more minutes to be considered anything like gametime secure. Jagielka is in competition with Williams if they go to a back 4 so can’t be considered safe.
Liverpool – rotation looks seriously on the cards and it’s difficult to assess the LB position at the moment. Robertson played well against Palace. TAA in theory holds the RB spot until Clyne comes back but Gomez was surprisingly handed it for GW2.
WBA – as Hegazi holds 1 CB spot he does so with 2 CBs injured. However Dawson is likely to go to RB when Evans is fit and then it becomes between McAuley and Hegazi unless Evans goes to City

Looking at the different factors for defensive strength and good fixtures including good next fixture, the likely candidates for selection are:
Man Utd – Jones seems secure at a good £5.0m price
Spurs – £6.0m Alderweireld unless you’re willing to gamble on Davies or Trippier
Southampton – Cedric £5.0m
WBA – Dawson £5.0m
Watford – Britos £4.5m
C Palace – Fosu Mensah £4.5m
